CoxMHP uses Ultrasonic Parts Washing to properly clean machining products during the creation process. Using a cleaner, we submerge these parts in water for an extended amount of time until they are cleaned of all debris and abnormality. This process uses cavitation bubbles induced by high frequency pressure waves to agitate a liquid. This action penetrates any existing holes and properly cleans and purifies them. The parts being cleaned are placed in a chamber and a solution is added. A transducer is built into the chamber to produce the ultrasonic waves.
Transducers are usually piezoelectric but are sometimes magnetostrictive. During the process the bubbles in the chamber collapse and release enormous pressure clearing away any form of grime or grit from the parts being cleaned. Ultrasonic activity helps the solution do its job and perform at optimal cleaning.
